Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposits might seem like a small detail, but they often decide whether a bonus is worth claiming. At Uptown Pokies Casino, the entry cost depends on the offer you choose, and some promotions start as low as $10. Here is how the numbers stack up as of October 26, 2026.

Cashback Offers Start at Just $10

If you want the lowest barrier to entry, the cashback promotions are the place to look. Both the VIP Weekend Cashback and the VIP Cashback require a minimum deposit of $10, and both apply to slot games only.

The VIP Weekend Cashback runs Thursday through Sunday and pays between 10% and 25%, depending on your VIP level. The standard VIP Cashback pays between 25% and 50%, so higher-level players can get the biggest returns. Both carry 10x wagering on the bonus amount, and you must contact live support to redeem them.

Welcome Bonuses Begin at $20 and $25

New players have several welcome options, and each one has its own starting point. The 250% Welcome Bonus, code UNPACK, requires a $25 minimum deposit and matches up to $2,500. It carries 30x wagering and has no maximum cashout, which makes it one of the more flexible offers on the site.

Other first-deposit offers begin at $20. The Exclusive Pokies Welcome 400% Bonus (code 400CASINO) and the Exclusive Pokies Welcome $100 Free offer (code 20POKIES100) both carry 40x wagering. The 100 spins offer (code 100POKIES SPINS) also starts at $20. Keep in mind that these three promotions are only available on your first deposit, so returning players should look elsewhere.

Is the bigger match always better? Not necessarily. A 400% match sounds impressive, but a lower match with lighter wagering can leave you with more playable funds in the end. Always check the wagering requirements before you commit.

Good Morning Uptown Deposit Bonus Starts at $20

The Good Morning Uptown deposit bonus has the most unusual timing. A $20 deposit gets you $50 to play with, a $30 deposit gets you $75, and a $50 deposit gets you $125. The offer carries 30x wagering and has no maximum cashout.

The catch is the schedule. The promotion runs Monday through Thursday, 4 AM to 10 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time. That window falls on a very different part of the day for American players, so be sure to convert the time before you plan a deposit.

Task-Based Bonus Requires Ten Deposits

The Uptown Express promotion offers a $100 free bonus with 60x wagering and a $500 maximum cashout. It runs all month, but there is a hidden cost. The bonus is credited at the cashier only after you make 10 deposits. Your minimum deposit amount for each of those ten transactions is not listed in the promotion details, so review the terms carefully before you start.

Is There a No Deposit Option?

Yes, but it is limited. The $10 No Deposit Bonus, code POKIES10SEP, carries 60x wagering and a $180 maximum cashout. However, the offer expired on September 29, 2026, so it is no longer available. The $17 No Deposit Bonus, code UP17CHIP, is open only to players in Australia, so it is not an option for most US readers.

The 400% Match Bonus with code SEP400UP, which started at a $25 minimum deposit, has also expired. Always confirm that an offer is still active before you plan around it.

Choosing the Right Minimum for Your Budget

The best minimum deposit depends on how much you want to spend and how much you are willing to wager. If you prefer a low-risk start, the $10 cashback offers let you test the site without a big commitment. If you want a larger bonus, the $25 welcome match offers more room to play, but it also asks for more wagering.

Whatever you choose, set a firm budget before you deposit and treat gambling as entertainment, not income. Most online casinos, including Uptown Pokies Casino, offer deposit limits and self-exclusion tools in account settings. If gambling stops being fun, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER.

Minimum deposits are only one piece of the puzzle. For a full breakdown of games, payment methods, and bonus terms, read our Uptown Pokies Casino review.
